Not ready to invest on your own? Invest with Nest Egg LLC.

Ben Steeneck is not only the owner of Heartfelt Homes, but also is a part owner of a real estate company investment company called Nest Egg LLC.   We realize that  buying a house for rental income  is a scary proposition.  However, there are other ways to invest that allow for you to make a nice return.  See below about other options and  also a video on the subject.  

Investment option 1

Lump Sum Option

Just let your money sit there and work for you.  


Example

  • You put into one our projects $10,000.00 and wait 8-10 months.
  • We give you back $11,000.00 at the end of that time ,
  • That's 10% of your investment back in less then 1 year.
  • At that time you can decide to reinvest with us,


That is right.  You have to do minimal work to get 10 percent of your money back.

INvestment Option 2

Rent Option

 Just let your money sit there and work for you.  
Example-

  • You put into one our projects $10,000.00, you choose the number of years that you want to invest in a project. 5-10 years.  You will be committed for this time unless we sell the house earlier.  You will have a choice to reinvest at that time.
  • Every month, We will pay you 50 dollars for investing that money.  For that particular project.
  • That's 6% of your investment back every year.  


That is right.  You have to do minimal work to get 6 percent of your money back every year.

whats entailed?

How does it work?

 

  1. Send that your interested in which investment option your interested in. 
  2. One of our member will talk with you person to person.  This can be done with any communication platform, or even face to face.  
  3. We locate the project. and send you the information.  Including, what we are purchasing the property, what plans we are possibly doing to the project and cost to do the repairs.  We will have already decided as to whether we are doing it.
  4. You decide if you want to come in and invest in the project.  Mind you, your money will only be used for the purchasing, or construction of the house.  
  5. The offer will be submitted and a few inspections will be done.  
  6. House is acquired,Investment Option 2  starts at this time.
  7. Fixing of the project starts.  Length of time depends on shape of the house
  8. While we fix it up, we are searching for renters.  The idea is to get them in as soon as possible.  
  9. Fast forward to 8-10 months, we do a refinance on the house and the Investment Option 1 is paid back.
