 While most people believe that there are specific ways only to get good deals.  There are so many out there.  Did you know that for the MLS system, there are 2 great times to buy properties?  When they first come in and also when they sit there for a long time.  Heartfelt Homes does not believe you should limit yourself to one thing only.  Take a look, review at the math of the property.  Is it not better to have an extra $10,000 then not make anything?

There was a guy in an investment group that Heartfelt Homes went to who said this.  It means look, take action, and then refine your process.  Houses are scary to start with, as you will not know what your getting into.  But inaction is just as bad.

We cannot cover this in one little section.  Heartfelt Homes, believes that everyone has their choice here.  We are looking at a lump sum (today's money) vs an amount of money spread out over years.  So there are pros and cons to each.  The main difference you may not know about is the fact that taxes are handled differently in each case.  When a property is kept for a year (rent generally), it becomes a long term capital gains and is subject to lower taxes.

It really is up to you.  There is land, commercial, single family homes, apartments, Duplex, Triplex, Industrial and more.   Did you know that even people will invest in the notes (mortgage notes) of homes?  There is plenty of ways to benefit from investing . The key is to find out what you love doing.

The best advice given to the Owner of Heartfelt Homes.  There is no absolute best method, everyone develops their method to best suit there needs.   Everyone will have you pay for their systems, but the best thing you can do is work with someone in the field.  A mentor can go along way.  You learn from them, find out their experience, and meld in your personal touch

It has been said that the cheapest or easiest way is the best in the investor world.  We obviously want to get as much money as we can, and as fast as we can.    Cheapest,  sometimes cost more money then buying the thing right the first time.  Heartfelt Homes owner believes in seeking value for the price and doing things right so they last.
